Very Small Feet

Remember when a while back internet went mad about Dr Who being a woman.  Dr is an alien for crying out loud... surly it doesn't matter!  But it is finally here.  And it is rather great as usual. However why is only when Dr became a woman we are dealing with such earthly matters like segregation a and racism (Rosa) or Indian separation and creation of Pakistan? I love how these issues are seen through the eyes of women and female experiences coz let’s be honest it hasn’t been shown like this much. Women just keeping calm and carry on... but we are raging on the inside.  I was in floods of tear on both occasions... in actual floods. Would love to meet Unrbine in real life, such a strong woman!  The Dr did touch of sensitive subjects before but not in  such down to literal Earth and these aren’t necessary alien topics.  I just wish it all can be just in our (human) past and we can just used these events and lessons to learn, and not...

Oh all the right people won. Even despite that awkward moment we all be talking for years to come... Here is the outfits that made me really happy. And predominantly these are red and black.  Can I please have the Viola Davies' cold shoulder number?  Now that's a movie star Taraji P Henson! Here are some honorable mentions that don't fall into my red and black obsession. Golden girl Emma Stone like female Oscar  Halle Berry's natural hair is a thing of beauty  Oh Naomie Harris is super beautiful in this white structure galore with pretties asymmetric shoes.  Oh and Hailee Steinfeld dressed like in a beautiful cloud of light fabric.... Just aww! As for gentlemen it is of course the smart cut tailoring. I truly loved Riz Ahmed  Or maybe it is because every time I see him I think of his character in Rogue One after he send the message to rebels... Heart breaks!! And this......

I love H&M despite their issues with sizing and such. Well stay tuned for that post, it's coming.  In case you don't know anything and lived somewhere isolate line under the rock they have launched the beauty and makeup range.  And it is lovely, good quality and affordable! I got couple of things form their range including this face mask  How cool is the minimal design! And it's a one pot kind of a deal. So if you are doing it every so often it's perfect size... I sometimes forget that I need to buyout is or clean, in this case, a deep clean...  Skin is our biggest organ and we do not take much care if it. At the moment I am all about cleansing and moisturising. Mama must stay pretty and young! Well and so she does!! It was a super nice texture and extra nice smell. They actually add perfume to it so I was distracted by it, like a natural sent of product. It felt smooth when I was putting it on but it felt incompatible drying out....

Second year in the row we moved in December. Worst time ever! I have complicated relationships with December. I always worked in hospitality so for everyone it is most wonderful time of the year for us it the busiest time of the year. It's mad! And by the end of that I really can't be bothered with all the Christmas thing and especially not the new year. I have seen too many drinks on that holidays. If it was in. Russia then yes please let's have New Year's party but here no no and no again. But for me December it is also my birthday. It is hard to get friends to come in due to Christmas parties for they are away so I would rather not celebrate sometimes. I know it is no one's fault but I do feel very needy and very alone when my peeps can't make it. But I understand! So last year we also moved from Brum back to Wales.... It all went terribly wrong with the rental so when I was supposed to plan holidays and enjoy my 4 month old looking at the Christmas l...

When we wondered to Roath to feed the pigs. These aren't actual pig but guinea pigs:) So as you can see Cardiff is a wonderful diverse city!  Also piggies were so grateful that I fed them they went out and got me a bottle of red wine!

Oh yay royal baby is a little girl. Little princess! How cute! You know how I said I still struggle a bit with my new identity in the previous post? Well I cannot call Egg "my son" he is "my baby" or "my boys" (when two of them obviously), but never my son... Strange right. Oh if you are a mum or about to become one, I highly recommend One Bad Mother podcast. It's so much fun! Little man is doing great, eat sleeps and poops. He gets super excited when he sees the pool and splashes with both arms and legs now. Swimming lessons are more fun every time. However he is way too interested in the edges of the pool and how they feel.  And now also he is on the move. Crawls and pulls him self up to walk or stand around.... I think most of babies crawling then they starting to walk right? But now at the same time! Mama needs eyes everywhere. But now he learns to fall down properly & not hurting himself. Looking at flowers and wondering around is the best way to spend a day really.  My mother in law, Egg and I went to RHS Flower Show in Cardiff last weekend. Frankly we didn't know what to expect, 1st time for us, but we really enjoyed it. Edgar slept for the most of it:)  All the beautiful flowers and plants. They even had a special breed of daffodils called Doctor Who! How cute is that!  We were clearly amateurs since we didn't have a little wheely box everyone seem to  drag around full of plants!  Don't think we expected to see such a big crowd! The place was heaving with people some strolling some rushing around.  They also had a crafty market and a small food market. Some sellers were pushier than others, looking at you Toffee vodka dude, others were really happy to answers all the questions, Yvonne now knows the difference between pierogi and pasty!  The show even had some stands for kiddies and a small ch...

Some days are better than others.... and if the sun shines!! Me and Egg went to the baby group, which was more that a toddler group and one mum was actually great to chat to. Think we might be back... Same day we had beautiful sunshine! And his passport has arrived!! This means we can see babushka and dedushka in Russia. And I can just pass Edgar to them and roll back to sleep... also chap massages.... and other pleasantries. And then we had fun in the sun!! Eggy went on the swings for the 1st time ever and seem to really like it to our mutual delight... With baby's soft skin one can never be to careful poor boy had to be covered in sunscreen...  However we cannot travel on Daddy's shoulders just yet. But not long now we think.

I went to see Home... The trailer for it looked ever so cute. Dancing alien, dancing purple alien!!! I didn't really pay much attention to the trailer to be perfectly honest and did not know much about the film. I was pleased that they didn't put every funny moment into the trailer. However it took me forever to pinpoint the voices...  Jim Parsons is fab and most people knows him as Sheldon Cooper. I love The Big Bang, even Milky Boy has a Bazzinga onesie. However his O character seems rather like Sheldon Cooper... but alien! I understand that the alien is written this way, but in a way seems that Mr Parsons been cast for his fame is Sheldon! But saying that I know that kids never seen BBT would enjoy Home!  Watching the movie all I could think of is why is there so much Rhianna songs... Then it hit me. Oh she is doing the voice for Tip. Don't know what the writer of this firm smoked to name his leading character Gratuity!!!  Yeah, I don't care for Rhian...
