Very Small Feet

I know I was absent from here but you know it’s been well different.  Life has been put on hold. Keeping sane been a priority.  We have been doing some homeschooling, some days better than others but we did it. And we are still doing it. I am also hatching plans on bit more school stuff on holidays. The child seems keen.  I also rediscovered my love for garden. Especially not that it is in full summer mode I m very much looking forward to poppies to start to bloom. I planted them for two years and it’s the 1st year they are out and strong!  And thanks to Great British Sewing Bee I am very into my sewing now too. Still am a bit scared to use actual fabric but the pinafore I made out of old bedsheet is rather lovely!  And next week little man will be going back two school. Only two days a week but it will be nice to do something different.  Hope you all keeping well too! 

Egg is enjoying preschool, well at lea st we think so. He goes here happy, plays and such.  We also occasionally getting a homework... it’s not like actual things, but more like bring photos of your pets or make a family tree.  Family tree is that I want to tell you about.  I am an only child, but I have a step sister and whole bunch of step family. And I know about my cousins I haven’t seen but I know about them and we are probably friends in internet... not all of them of course.  However it is a bit of the different story with my hubby’s family. They know each other well most of them but they don’t really keep in touch. And that is cool too.  But I want Egg to know who his family are... so the big plan is to make a proper family tree one day. But for now I want to tell you about my grand parents and great grand parents...  Here are my mum’s parents. Sadly they passed away when they were relatively young... but I remember them fond...

Plants are great! They pretty they produce oxygen and just make house feel like a home. However nothing compares to growing a plant from a seed or a just a small cutting.  I guess you have seen a lot of people growing avocados from the pit. It loooks fun and super satisfying. It is a super poprular thing to do they even growing an avacoado in Big Bang Theory. So I have been trying to grow one like well for about 6-9 months now. My previous attempt been dug out from the pot by little man. Naughty child!  But I persevered...      It was super easy just required a lot of patience. The how to's seems to be all in favour of sticking toothpicks into the pit and letting it sort of float above the water... well I don't have any or ever had them in the house so I just stick the pits into the espresso cups. Once the roots got long enough I moved the pit into this cute vintage milk bottle  These are now my cutting and growing stuff in bottles.  And just keep chan...
