Job is a job.

Facebook alerted my last month that it has been a year since I have started work.  I had interviews. I had good and bad ones.  Last one, they just got some one a little bit better than me. It made me sad.  So now I am working  with my husband.  I am a waitress.  (Some ET latte art from bar team) So here is the issue...  Perception of catering is changes very very slowly in UK, but so slowly. My co-workers in a majority are students and are so very young. And only few treat this job as an actual job. Sometimes I feel useless I am 33 and I work part time as a waitress.  But why do I feel like this. I enjoy chatting to people, interaction, when they listen to my advice and enjoy their time in the restaurant. Or even tell me stuff they get up to that day. Husband can’t comprehend why people tell me things. Well it’s like my super power, I always had it! I like the flexibility of my working hours and tips.  I recently discovered that one other mum from school works in the restaurant near to

People are funny

I never been to France. But I know a lot about their art, history and so on. A side effect of going to French school back home.  I still want to go very much but you know life gets on a way, work, little one and not the last the finances.  I loved Notre Dame De Paris the book by Victor Hugo,  translated into Russian. I don’t think I can master it in French well definitely not now when I am way out of practice. I love the sad love sorry so much that I truly hate Hunchback of Notre Dame by Disney. I hate it very passionately, it’s not kids story why would you do this to it?! But that’s for next time.  And then was the news. The iconic building on Seine was on fire.  (Photo by my school friend  Elena Gily )  I understand it was very traumatic event for Parisians them selves. I guess to see your historic heritage on fire is something you cannot discribe.  (Photo credit as above) Just look at it!  And then news broke that ultra rich people raised over €40 million in a day for repairs...  I

Animation

I was always a big fan of animation. Early years of my life spent trying to recreate the big anime eyes of Sailor Moon, fascination on with big Disney princess dresses...  With Egg’s arrival I became like an expect of all things animated and fun, but mainly aimed at kids. I don’t like all these cartoons for grown ups, like Archer and Rick and Morty. Don’t ask, I just don’t.  I cried at King Fu panda 3 and totally lost it at Inside Out and Coco. Oh how I love Coco!  With cancellation of mine special cinema membership card I go to cinema rather seldom and well I am super selective of my films.  Latest animation I saw were  Spider-man into the spider-verse  And  How to train your dragon 3.  I am not going to rave about the Oscar winning animation and story of Miles Morales as Spider-Man. But I am going to tell you about my love for Toothless and Hiccup.  I never read Cressida Corwell but after watching all of the films, the short films and most of Netflix series I really looking forward t
