Very Small Feet

I finally decided it’s time… to go back to the gym.  I did start running after I had baby G but I over did it and got injured and got really unmotivated.  I am feeling just fine, a little bigger than I used to be before baby G but again it’s ok. But I am not as strong as I used to be. And I need to be ready to chase after the boys and carry at least one of them if needed to be…. So I rejoined my old gym. And on my 1st day on the way in I bumped into one of the trainers. It was nice he is one of the really nice people and was very supportive!  Week one I only managed to once for a class. It was fun! And hard. And I really felt my muscles that I didn’t feel in ages!  Week two I did two days class and just worked out by myself. I love spin classes but I did really well at it and the entire body was hurting for days. I have this pair of sandals. They are very comfortable don’t hurt my feet, they didn’t coast a great deal.  They are by Scholl and I got them inexpensively from my local tkmaxx about 4 years ago. I am a mum to a very energetic child who has all my spare time. I walk places and it’s fair to say that these sandals are worn and worn time and time again. In summer I have the tan lines as is I still have them on.  See what I mean?  This year I am trying not to buys anything new. As much as I can but then again with a growing child...  So my shoes busted on the soles...  But luckily I know a guy. I mean there are Timpson dudes are outside and inside every supermarket but they are a big company and I like my small independent cobblers who you will really build  the relationship with. Feeling? Guilt? Promise...  I just saw that didn’t blog all summer holidays, or you there about.  Summer is about juggling, more juggling than usual.  It’s hard when your field of work is shift patterns and so is your partners. So when one of us at work another with Egg, and vice versa. Literary no alone time, I miss that. And Egg and I were in Russia for 3 weeks!  It was nice to see most of the family. It was nice not to stress about work, not that I stress much but still the pressure to perform is there. And it’s nice to cook for my mother, she eats everything and praises me every time.  So few things have happened.  My less waste journey been a bit stressful due sidelong haveing rashes and allergic reactions. So I’m back to use regular shampoos and deodorants. I have decided to cut down on drinking and inpove my overall fitness and health. And save money, there is an app for it. Did you know? It is actually nice just to move to the new house, so we are covered in boxes, packing tape...  It is actually bit tricky to do with the bump attached. But he is being a good sport and doesn't make me hurt much.

This weather really makes us all depressed... I mean if it was snowing it would have been not as bad, but its just freezing, windy and wet. So no wonder I have a terrible cold... had to be off work and everything. Now I still want to hibernate until its warm, but the live goes on... And we will have a year full of changes. Just look what we did.. After having the scan today I do realize that this is all very real and I m not just putting on weight and feel funny. Baby is due mid August. It is all very exciting and very scary at the same time... 

We had busy couple of days... Mother in law came to stay for couple of days. It is sunny for a change too. Did lots of tourist-y things. Oh also we know why there is not number 7 on The Circus in Bath: Nick Cage, you know that actor, took the number down so no one would know where he lives. Well he sold the house now but there is still no number. I guess it made Circus more of the tourist attraction.  And then we went to Birmingham to sing for the house... We have a house now and moving on Thursday!!  We will have garden after so many years without one. And upstairs... and 2 bathrooms.  And real shops, unlike in Bath.  I am very much looking forward to move and live in a big city again!

And not the greatest week either... I was so busy with everything... Went to London in the beginning to the week to drop off the documents at the Embassy for a new passport. Stress.... But to be honest the lady I dealt with was lovely, well my name will be misspelled in the new passport (bloody auto translation) I went for sushi and met Natasha:) This was very nice! Then it was work work work!!!! We have no staff... or we do but they do not show for the shifts... well I do not really care I just want to have bodies to work.... I miss my Cardiff ladies... To top everything we had to go to Emergency to have a new x-ray for Hubby's arm...It hasn't actually heal properly  but we have been told to chill for a week and not to lift anything really. Ice and keep it raised to take the swelling off... And the day later one of out little rats passed away.... I do not think I would want more rats... ...

No the horse meat.... The meteor that hit central Russia... That's my home town it hit.... Where my family is...  So imagine my confusion when at 7am I woke up to text from mother saying everything is fine, we are ok, don't worry...  Then later when I was actually awake she called and told me all about it... bright light, sonic wave, and bunch of kiddies that been hurt by broken glass... It's just so much like a film and surreal. I was a bit shaken up most of the day...
