Hello, I am not AWOL... I am really busy with this one...



Look how he grown!


Mother's day is on Sunday... I think I should come with terms that this little monkey will call me mum, so I can accept this. But yet still I don't feel like all these mummies around. I am special bread of mummy not the conventional type. 

Motherhood is fun and amazing. But also time consuming and exhausting.... I would not change it for the world! 
So hopefully with this regime form me as well as from Edgar I will be able to blog more and more!

Back to the gym

I finally decided it’s time… to go back to the gym.  I did start running after I had baby G but I over did it and got injured and got really unmotivated.  I am feeling just fine, a little bigger than I used to be before baby G but again it’s ok. But I am not as strong as I used to be. And I need to be ready to chase after the boys and carry at least one of them if needed to be…. So I rejoined my old gym. And on my 1st day on the way in I bumped into one of the trainers. It was nice he is one of the really nice people and was very supportive!  Week one I only managed to once for a class. It was fun! And hard. And I really felt my muscles that I didn’t feel in ages!  Week two I did two days class and just worked out by myself. I love spin classes but I did really well at it and the entire body was hurting for days. Save to say I need tk get some protein to help me with recovery.  Even after this little efforts I feel more energetic and feel like body is changing already. I am booked for

Size vs hot mama bod!

Thinking oh it overall I have enjoyed being pregnant. Also I had an easy pregnancy and once I let go of that feeling that I have lost control over my body I was awesome! My body is amazing. However at the moment I find shopping for clothes and shoes an absolute nightmare. I have no idea what size I am. With shoes it is easy no real undressing involved. Just pop the shoe off and try try try.  But clothes... A lot of my pre Egg clothes don't fit which is, I have accepted, OK, I went throw major thing with producing a massive 9.4lb baby... So I am actually in need of new clothes. I started to look for stuff I can go to interview in, checked the clothes I had, I still have few things but I needed trousers and maybe a dress... Oh dear god! I know I am short that always been a struggle but finding trousers that fit around the waist and don't bobble up in front is actually almost impossible. Few More Days Till Cardiff 10K

Only few more days till the race. I'm working till then, well 8 days in the row really. Just like the last year. This time I am managing to train more, but I still remember how hard this race was last year and how in pain I was after it. Perhaps that's why I do not get super excited about this unlike the Race for Life races! But the training is going well I guess, I can just leave the house and but out running for an hour or so. Like last night I came home tired from work got dressed into running kit and off I went... Since the sun was out there where lots of people out running... I also saw a cute squirrel and a magpie eating the blackberry. Last one was like a picture, quiet surreal for some reason. Also the outdoor fitness guys almost run me over... There I was running listening to music enjoying my self next thing I see lots of people running from the side of me into my path!
