It is hard some times to live away from your family... You do not see each other very often, frankly I do not know what we did before skype and smart phones!? But then I guess I saw them every winter for Christmas and New Year. I haven't seen my mother in the flesh since last October when we all went to Ukraine for my cousin's wedding, but it was literally for 2 days And I had so much planned... She never been to Birmingham before, so I thought we can see the Jewellry Quater museum, Botanical Gardens, Art Gallery, do a canal walk....  But between getting lost in town, drinking Guiness and unpacking our house... we didn't do much of the planned things:( I feel really guilty about this... But I have been told not to be silly do not over do it and brush my hair. Last thing never happened! She also helped us to plant things.... Lots of things.... But garden post is still to come;) Think the botanical gardens was a success... Thin...

We moved to Birmingham.. its was a long day. Yeah at some point I was entertaining the pets:)   Very special thank you to Viera, who was amazing and come to give us a hand in moving.  As us girls went for a drinkie to the pub my amazing husband was left home to deal with all that madness of furniture, boxes and bags... We only moved on Thusrday but already almost finished bedroom, mancave, living room and kitchen. Although we had to rebuilt some things twice and Stephen shouted at me... He was so annoying that he made me laughed uncontrollebly. I was like in halves on the floor giggling away. Oh btw how do you like this wall paper, it actually glitters too and has soft bits. Seem to be expensive but still looks a bit like brothel wallpaper. It grows on me ... slowly! Today we went for a wonder around... sat in the sun for a bit in Warley Wood And then we played with our garden. I actually learn to plant stuff. Steph...

Well we were going to go to take a tour bus and have some lovely lady or a gentleman tell us all about Bath and lime stones and Jane Austin... They love telling about Jane Austin. That reminds me must read some:)  But if were anywhere in UK today you know it was certainly not an open top bus weather. Such rain! So we went to Roman Baths instead! Always fun to learn things... Well we have been here before, but some things were missed last time. Although rain made the experience extra moist! I do like the idea that the head on the temple is a mix between Minerva, having a bath and Gorgon... and surprisingly a man!  Romans could build pretty with beautiful mosaic.  Do not really remember who these dudes are but they are just so cool! Shimmering coins. Perhaps wishes to goddess Minerva... Oh yeah did you know that Romans used to leave written curses so the goddess will resolve the issu...
